Grey Gypsies of Australia
Western Australia 2007
The Nullabor crossing has certainly changed since early days. The greatest problem now is the fuel franchise. One group runs most of the fuel stops. We have now solved this problem with our new car which has long range tanks and we can cross the Nullabor on a single load. The vast emptiness of a lot of Australia has become something we love. It is hard to explain but, I’m sure, those of you who have experienced it will understand.
